U.S. GOLD GYMNASTICS
We offer classes, private lessons, and birthday parties, host Kids’ Day Out and Kids’ Night Out every Friday, and participate in community outreaches. We service over 1,000 families a week in both the Destin and Santa Rosa Beach areas.

OUR LOCATIONS
We have 2 recreational facilities and a third coming soon! We focus on the basic and introductory training levels of gymnastics and tumbling. We also have a private Team Training Facility dedicated to our competitive gymnastics through Level 10.

Kathy Dwyer is the passionate and dedicated owner of U.S. Gold Gymnastics. With a deep love for gymnastics and a commitment to fostering the growth and development of young athletes, Kathy has built a thriving community within the gymnastics industry.
