U.S. GOLD GYMNASTICS

U.S. Gold Gymnastics specializes in the fundamental development of the preschool and the elementary student, which provides a solid foundation, acting as a catalyst for many other sports, academic pursuits, and lifelong endeavors.

We have two recreational facilities which focus on the basic and introductory training levels of gymnastics and tumbling.  We also have a private Team Training Facility dedicated to our competitive gymnastics through Level 10.

We offer classes, private lessons, and birthday parties, host Kids’ Day Out and Kids’ Night Out every Friday, and participate in community outreaches.  We service over 1,000 families a week in both the Destin and Santa Rosa Beach areas.

  • Owned by an NCAA National Champion in Gymnastics, Ms. Kathy, who oversees all operations, coaching, and curriculum with an extremely critical eye and pushes her staff and students to be the best they can be.
  • We are a USA Gymnastics Member Gym.

  • Our coaches are safety certified through USA Gymnastics, have Red Cross CPR Certifications, attend Regional 8 Congress for USA Gymnastics, and are constantly trained in-house.

  • We are curriculum-based and follow the progressions provided by USA Gymnastics.
  • Part of a 3-gym company, one of which is an elite training facility where our competitive gymnasts practice with state-of-the-art video playback technology and training equipment.

  • We have an extraordinary legacy of team members winning State, Regional, and National Champion titles and earning scholarships to several colleges for the sport of gymnastics.

  • Our staff cares not only about the gymnastics progress of your student but their overall experience and take the time to get to know them.

  • We place safety as our first priority and will not force students through skills at an unsafe pace.
