Book Your Private Birthday Celebration at
U.S. Gold Gymnastics!

Your 2-hour party will consist of 1 1/2 hours for gym time and 1/2 hour for food/gifts. You may arrive 20 minutes early to set up. There will be a six-foot table upstairs for your use. You will be responsible for providing food, drink, plastic ware, tablecloth, and decorations.

Up to 30 children may attend your party. Each child attending the party will receive a souvenir cup, and the birthday child will receive a U.S. Gold t-shirt.

EVERY person attending the party must have a waiver on file (children and adults). If possible, please have parents visit our website and sign the waiver(s) before the party. This will save time at your party.

There will be one coach working your party. Please remember that if you would like to tip the coaches, it must be done in cash or Venmo.

Party will start and finish at the designated times. If a party arrives late, the original party time will still be adhered to. You may arrive 20 minutes early to set up. All gratuity goes directly to the coach and can be paid in cash or sent via Venmo to the coach directly.

Every person attending the party must have a waiver on file (children and adults.) PLEASE HAVE PARENTS VISIT OUR WEBSITE AND SIGN THE WAIVER BEFORE THE PARTY.
Everyone on the gym floor must remove their shoes first.
All children ages 3 and under must remain supervised by a parent or guardian.
Foam pit and trampoline rules must be obeyed. A coach will go over these rules with the children upon arrival.
Attempting flips that are not properly trained is prohibited.
No bullying, hitting, or pushing will be tolerated.
Parents are welcome to be on the gym floor to observe, take photos, and assist children but please keep it to only children on the equipment.
No confetti, no pinatas, and no loose glitter.
Tables will be provided, please bring your own tablecloth.

Kids’ Day Out

Rain or shine, hot or cold weather, your child will always have an indoor playground to come to at U.S. Gold Destin, and Santa Rosa Beach Gym locations! Come learn to swing like a monkey on our trapeze, hop like a bunny on our trampolines or climb our magic mountain. But most importantly, you and your child can burn off energy in a safe, fun, and exciting environment. Our coach will supervise as parents assist their children in free play. Parent supervision is required.

DESTIN & SANTA ROSA BEACH

Time: Every Friday morning from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
Ages: crawling through 5 years old
Cost: $15 cash only- ATM available at gym
No registration required

Kids’ Night Out

U.S. Gold gives parents the opportunity to enjoy some time while their child spends a few hours at the gym with their favorite coaches. Go out for an evening with confidence knowing that your child is having a great time free playing in the gym. This is a very popular event and easily maxes out so arrive on time if you want a spot! Children should come after being fed dinner.

Ages: 5-10 years old
Cost: $25 cash only- ATM available at gym

SANTA ROSA BEACH
