All-Star Cheer Pre-teams

First tryout class is FREE for all invites

This program is advanced cheerleading training for our upcoming All-star cheer season (beginning Aug 2024). We will be taking cheerleading training to a whole new level using our gymnastics knowledge and equipment to properly and safely teach all the aspects of cheerleading. Plyometrics, mobility, flexibility and strength training along with stunt and jump stations will be provided in a fun but challenging environment. Tumbling will NOT be included in this class. Please refer to the list for your child’s appropriate 2nd class ($10 monthly discount). Your required 2nd class can take place at either our Destin/Miramar Beach or Santa Rosa Beach location to accommodate your family’s schedule.

Rising All-Stars

Coed ages 5-7 – Invite Only

Must be enrolled in one or more of these additional classes (Red Squad, Blue Squad, Tumbling 1 and/or Cheernastics).
